Messenger Business Consulting, operated by Messenger Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 87 693 646 114), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry forms on this site, we collect your email address and any option you choose (for example, the type of business plan or the type of business you run). If you then work with us, we collect the information you give us to prepare your business plan or SOPs.
How we use it
- To send you the pricing and details you asked for, and to reply to your enquiry.
- To prepare, deliver and invoice the work you ask us to do.
We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it's kept
Form enquiries are received through our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our business email (Microsoft 365). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. These providers may store data outside Australia.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. If we add advertising or analytics tools in future, we'll update this policy.
Emails from us
We only email you about the enquiry or work you've asked about. If you'd rather not hear from us, just reply and let us know, and we'll stop.
Access, corrections and questions
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing danny@messengerbusinessconsulting.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
