Terms and refunds

These terms apply to business plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs) provided by Messenger Business Consulting, operated by Messenger Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 87 693 646 114). By asking us to start your work, you agree to them.
What you get
- A business plan or SOPs written from the answers and information you give us.
- A preview page before you pay, so you can see the quality of the work.
- One round of changes after you receive the full document. Further changes can be quoted separately.
Prices and payment
- Prices on this website are shown plus GST. GST is added at payment.
- Payment is made online after you've seen the preview and before the full document is sent.
Timeframes
We aim to deliver business plans within a week of receiving your completed answers. This depends on timely responses on your part, including your answers, payment and feedback. Time spent waiting on you isn't counted.
Your information
Your document is based on the information you provide. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate and complete. We research and write sections such as competition, risks and insurances, but we rely on you to check the final document reflects your business before you use it.
What we don't provide
- We can't guarantee any outcome, such as a lease, loan, grant or investment being approved.
- Our documents are not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Please speak to a qualified professional for that.
- Our business plans use the free detailed business plan template from business.gov.au. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Australian Government.
- We don't write workplace health and safety procedures or other compliance documents that require a licensed professional.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the final document is yours to use for your business. We may keep a copy for our records.
Refunds
Because you see a preview before paying, you only pay once you're happy with the quality of the work.
- If you've paid and we don't deliver your full document, you'll get a full refund.
- If the work has a major problem, we'll fix it or give you a refund, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- We don't offer refunds for a change of mind once the full document has been delivered.
Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fee you paid for it.
